all payment is accepted through paypal, kofi, and deviantart

payment is required in full after the sketch is seen and approved by customer

payment must be sent within 48hrs

refund are non-negotiable after lineart has been finished (exceptions apply if delays, cancellations happen due to artists' fault)

complicated designs, accessories, add-ons will increase listing prices

each commission takes anywhere from a few days to a month to complete (always check predicted turnaround time)

the only progress shot provided always is the sketch, additional shots can be provided upon request

a clear, understandable character reference must be provided

before the final sketch is approved changes to pose, layout, character, etc. are available upon request free of charge (any changes after the final sketch come with a fee)

unapproved sketches, designs may be used in new works and do not belong to the client

i reserve the right to copyright commissioned artwork (use for portfolio, and posts)

personal use of commissioned art is allowed and encouraged, this includes making physical copies for personal use only, use for icons, pages, and other personalisation with proper credit

referencing, tracing, editing without permission is strictly prohibited

clients may not use purchased commissions for any commercial purposes (ie producing prints, etc. with the intent to resell, reproduce)

use of my work for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), ai-training, or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited

it is strictly prohibited to make copies of my designs

all my designs must be on toyhou.se with authorization for me to view them

making heavy changes, redesigning my designs is not allowed without explicit permission from me to do so

re-selling my designs within a 2 week period of purchase is frowned upon and can result in blacklisting if a common occurrence

when selling my designs the new buyer cannot pay more than what the original buyer paid unless additional art has been added (this excludes free art such as requests, gifts, etc.)

when offering on my designs editing your offer is strictly prohibited and may result in blacklisting

payment plans are allowed within a time period that is appropriate for the bid and has been agreed upon by both parties

after backing out of bids after payment has been started, with the exception of emergencies, only 50% of payment is returned due to inconvenience

when selling my designs the new owner must be made aware of my tos
